What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond proactively to changes
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive outcomes
  • Provide compassionate guidance and support to residents and families

What We’re Looking For

  • Active and unrestricted RN license
  • Passion for patient-centered care
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care is a plus, but not required
