  Previous cardiology or outpatient experience preferred

  Knowledge of cardiac medications and diagnostics
• 
  Strong communication and patient education skills

• 
  Provide nursing care in outpatient cardiology setting
• 
  Obtain cardiac-focused assessments and vital signs
• 
  Perform EKGs and assist with cardiac testing
• 
  Administer medications and monitor patient response
• 
  Provide patient education on cardiac conditions and lifestyle changes
• 
  Coordinate referrals, diagnostics, and follow-up care
• 
  Triage patient calls and address clinical concerns
• 
  Document care and communications in the EMR
