Aesthetic Nurse (RN/BSN or LVN) – San Diego Oral & Facial Surgery Practice

We are seeking a talented and experienced Aesthetic Nurse to join our high-performing team in San Diego. This role is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented nurse who is skilled in aesthetic injections and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care in a surgical and cosmetic setting.

About the Role

The Aesthetic Nurse will support our oral and maxillofacial surgery team while also providing high-quality aesthetic treatments. You will work closely with our surgeons and clinical team to ensure safe, efficient procedures and an elevated patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic injections, including neurotoxins (e.g., Botox/Dysport) and dermal fillers
• Assist with pre-operative and post-operative patient care for surgical procedures
• Conduct patient consultations and treatment planning for aesthetic services
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical protocols and safety standards
• Support surgeons during in-office procedures as needed
• Educate patients on treatment options, aftercare, and skincare recommendations
• Ensure a warm, professional, patient-centered experience

Qualifications

• Active California RN or LVN license
• 1–2+ years of experience with aesthetic injections (required)
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and cosmetic procedures
• Prior experience in a plastic surgery, dermatology, med spa, or cosmetic oral surgery setting preferred
• Excellent communication skills and patient rapport
• Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position (Monday–Friday)
• Competitive pay based on experience
