Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate RN or LPN to provide one-on-one care for a client in a private home setting in Northwest Oklahoma City. This is a consistent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys building a relationship with a client and providing attentive, individualized care.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in a home environment and caring for a client with complex care needs. A background in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or a similar setting would be especially beneficial, but is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care in accordance with the established plan of care
  • Monitor the client’s condition and report changes appropriately
  • Assist with daily care needs and ensure the client’s safety and comfort
  • Communicate effectively with the client, family, and care team
  • Complete required nursing documentation
  • Provide compassionate, respectful, one-on-one care

Qualifications

  • Current Oklahoma RN or LPN license in good standing
  • Previous nursing experience preferred
  • Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working independently in a home setting
  • Dependable, compassionate, and attentive to detail
  • Strong communication skills
