Job Description

We are currently seeking RNs in the Ocklawaha area for a 26-yr old male with history of TBI, Dysphagia, hemiplegia, tracheostomy, g-tube, VP shunting Baclofen pump, urinary retention and colostomy. He is non-ambulatory 2 person assist but has a CNA in the home to assist with services. HIs hours are 8:30am - 8:30pm Monday through Thursday, pay rate is $45.00 per hour.

Every day is different in Home Care. Our Home Health Staff care for ill, injured or convalescing patients or persons with disabilities in private homes providing one on one care. Our caregivers are responsible for providing quality healthcare to each patient in adherence with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

RN: Must have Vent, Trach and G-tube experience or willingness to learn

Bonuses Available:
Retention Bonus:
Work an average of 20 hours weekly and receive a bonus after 6 months of continuous employment. Paid annually thereafter.
RN: $750
LPN: $500
CNA/HHA: $250

  • Current medical license or certification in the state of Florida
  • Successful completion of skills assessment(s) specific to area(s) of experience
  • Current hands-on CPR certification
