Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 Annual Salary

Position Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN Nursing Supervisor for our skilled nursing facility in Elkton, MD. This is a full time, on-site role supervising the nursing team on the unit, overseeing day to day resident care, and partnering with the Director of Nursing on clinical quality and survey readiness.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license in good standing
• Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long term care setting, charge or supervisory experience preferred
• Working knowledge of care planning, the survey process and clinical documentation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work full time on site in the building

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the nursing staff on shift, including coaching and coverage
• Oversee resident care, medication management and care plans
• Ensure clinical documentation, compliance and survey readiness
• Partner with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team
• Serve as the clinical point of contact for residents and families
