Now Hiring: RN Nurse Supervisor (Part-Time)

Location: Galleria Woods – A Premier Retirement Community
Shift: Every Other Weekend | 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Pay: Up to $43/hour (based on experience)

Are you an Extraordinary RN with a passion for leadership, clinical excellence, and hospitality? Galleria Woods is seeking a Part-Time RN Nurse Supervisor to join our compassionate team in our 30-bed Skilled Nursing Unit.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and lead assigned nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Manage scheduling and staffing to maintain compliance.
• Provide direct nursing care and respond to resident health changes.
• Administer medications and perform first aid as needed.
• Audit resident records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate daily with the Director of Health Services.
• Ensure emergency procedures are understood and followed.
• Uphold resident rights and facility quality standards.

What You’ll Need:

• Current RN license in the State of Alabama.
• Minimum 6 months of nursing and supervisory experience (geriatric care preferred).
• Strong decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.
