  • Deliver patient-centered care with professionalism and discretion
  • Learn about Travel Requirements within countries
  • Assist with startup operations, including:

    • Supporting operational setup and scaling
    • Identifying process improvements and efficiencies
  • Maintain compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Represent the organization with integrity at community and partner events
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to help grow services and offerings

Required Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Colorado RN or LPN license
  • Proven competency in phlebotomy, IV, and injections/vaccinations
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of trustworthiness, reliability, and professionalism
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup-style environment
  • Willingness to take initiative and wear multiple hats when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with mobile clinics, community health events, or occupational health
  • Startup, small practice, or entrepreneurial experience
  • Leadership mindset with interest in business growth and ownership
  • Bilingual skills (a plus, not required)

What We Offer

  • A meaningful role in building a growing healthcare operation
  • Competitive compensation with performance-based upside
  • Potential equity/ownership opportunity for the right long-term fit
  • Professional growth beyond traditional bedside nursing
  • A collaborative, mission-driven environment where your voice matters

Who You Are

You’re proactive, dependable, and energized by building something new. You take pride in excellent clinical work, but you’re also excited by the idea of shaping systems, improving processes, and growing alongside the business.

Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
