Join our compassionate team at Colonial Vista Post Acute, where your clinical expertise and leadership make a difference every night. We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
What You’ll Do
Deliver and oversee high-quality nursing care for residents
Monitor and document changes in resident conditions
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
Collaborate with physicians, families, and care team members
Supervise CNAs to ensure care standards and safety practices are met
Support infection control, safety, and resident care plans
What We’re Looking For
Current, unencumbered RN license in Washington State
CPR certification required
Experience in post-acute or long-term care preferred
Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
