🧠 Registered Nurse – Neuroscience Unit

Join our 24-bed Neuroscience Unit, an intermediate care (IMC) unit, where you’ll deliver specialized, high-acuity care to patients with neurological conditions—all while enjoying life in the scenic Coulee Region.
🕒 Schedule
0.9 FTE - 72 hours/2 weeks
12-hour rotating Day (6:30 AM - 7 PM) and Night (6:30PM - 7 AM) shifts
Every third weekend
Two holidays/year

💼 What You’ll Do
As a Neuroscience RN, you’ll:
Provide compassionate, specialized care to patients with neurological disorders and neurosurgical needs, including:
Spinal surgeries
Deep brain stimulators
Brain tumors/lesions
Aneurysm treatment
Lumbar drains
Endovascular stroke treatment
Seizures
Post-trauma care
Become NIH Stroke Scale certified and respond to stroke alerts
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team: PTs, OTs, speech therapists, social workers, CNAs, and fellow RNs

✅ What You’ll Need
Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)
Current RN license to practice in Wisconsin (or ability to obtain)
BLS certification (Infant–Adult) for Healthcare Providers
Open to new graduates and experienced RNs
