The RN Manager of Non-Invasive Cardiology and Vascular Lab is responsible for the leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction of cardiovascular diagnostic services across multiple locations. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered, and cost-effective care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards. Accountable for 24-hour departmental operations, the Manager collaborates with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, departmental performance, and staff engagement. This position supports and embodies the organization’s mission, vision, and core values, promoting excellence, compassion, and stewardship in all aspects of care delivery.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience: Progressive leadership experience in cardiovascular services, vascular lab, or diagnostic imaging
License: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri
