100% FTE, Monday – Friday, typically 8:00am - 4:30pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:

  • Direct the planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care programs.
  • Lead the day to day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services.
  • Direct and evaluate the departments workforce, in terms of staff scheduling and performance.
  • Prepare and administer revenue budget, operating budget, volume projections, and oversight for FTE’s.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BSN), Required
  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred

Work Experience

  • Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience. Required
  • Demonstrated progressive leadership experience. Required
  • Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience within same or relevant practice area. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • RN Licensed in State of Wisconsin. Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required
  • Certification in relevant specialty. Preferred
