Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) — G-Tube (Low Acuity) | Miami-Dade

Family First Homecare | 1:1 In-Home Care | $25–$40/hr | 8–12s | Days/Nights

Family First Homecare is hiring RNs and LPNs for low-acuity pediatric 1:1 home health cases in Miami-Dade If you want steady hours, a supportive team, and meaningful work with kids—this is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the patient’s home per plan of care
  • Monitor the patient’s condition and report changes promptly
  • Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
  • Support caregivers with education and safe care routines
  • Complete accurate, timely documentation

Common Skills (Varies by Case)

  • G-tube care and enteral feeds (training/orientation provided as needed)
  • Basic pediatric assessments and vital signs
  • Medication administration
  • Seizure precautions/safety monitoring (if applicable)

Schedule Options

  • 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
  • Days, evenings, overnights, and weekends available (based on openings)
  • We match cases based on your availability and comfort level

Pay + Support

  • $25–$40/hr (based on license, experience, and case needs)
  • Paid orientation
  • Ongoing clinical support (you’re not on your own)
  • Weekly pay (W2) + benefits options (eligibility varies)

Requirements

  • Active Florida RN or LPN license
  • Current CPR/BLS
  • 1+ year nursing experience preferred (peds a plus, not required)
  • Background screening + onboarding requirements
