Summary:

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in the practicing state.

  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

  • Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.

  • BLS required; additional certifications in geriatric or long-term care nursing preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor resident conditions and vital signs.

  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely.

  • Develop and follow individualized care plans.

  • Educate residents and families on health management and care plans.

  • Document care accurately and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
