
The RN Instructor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering caregiver training programs for Home Health Aides (HHA), Personal Care Aides (PCA), and other paraprofessional staff in accordance with applicable New York State regulatory requirements and company standards. This role ensures training programs are compliant, documented, audit-ready, and aligned with organizational quality and patient care expectations.
The instructor provides classroom instruction, skills of lab training, competency validation, continuing education, and caregiver development support while promoting a culture of safety, compassion, professionalism, and regulatory excellence.

Work Environment:
Pay Range: The hiring range for this position is $40.00-$50.00/hour Various factors will determine final compensation such as a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
