and Purpose
This position is responsible and accountable for total units operations on a 24-hour basis to include fiscal management, staff development, and resource management with the ultimate goal of achieving quality and safe patient care.

Job Requirements
(Education, Experience, Licensure and Certification)
• Graduate of a state approved school of nursing, associate degree in nursing (required) (bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program (preferred)
• Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Kentucky.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Three years of RN experience, including 2 years of management.
