Location: Roanoke, VA
Hours: M-F 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Are you a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong background in hospice care and a passion for leadership? James River Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Administrator to guide clinical services and oversee day-to-day operations of our growing team in the Roanoke area.
This is a key leadership role for a dynamic individual committed to delivering exceptional and empathetic end-of-life care in the comfort of our clients’ homes. The Hospice Administrator will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, implementing policies and procedures, and driving operational excellence across the agency.
Compensation: $117,000 - $130,000
Sign On Bonus: $10,000

Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week using an answering service and on-call procedures after normal working hours, weekends, and holidays. As needed, staff may be assigned to make patient visits after normal business hours.
We offer skilled nursing services and to the extent that appropriate professional staff are either hired or contracted.
