Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: $43.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, LVNs, and other interdisciplinary team members.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies.
  • Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.

Qualifications

  • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
  • Previous skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused approach to care.
