Shift: NOC (Night) Shift

Pay Rate: $45.00–$50.00 per hour

Pleasant Hill Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time NOC shift. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care while working collaboratively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies during the NOC shift.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and facility staff.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Support a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all residents.
• Supervise and collaborate with CNAs and other members of the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Current and active California RN license.
• Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively during the overnight shift.
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Commitment to providing excellent resident care.
