Activa Home Health, a licensed Medicare-certified home health agency, is seeking experienced Field RNs for hourly shifts throughout Palm Beach County
MUST HAVE at least 6 months of Medicare Home Health experience.

Active Florida RN license
Minimum 6 months of Medicare Home Health experience (required)
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background screening and drug test
Bilingual Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
