We are seeking a RN Field Case Manager - Nonskilled Division to join our Maitland, FL office and oversee non-skilled home care services

This is primarily a field position with occasional in office time, as needed to ensure the highest quality of client care. You’ll collaborate with our caregivers, clients, and office team to create meaningful experiences and ensure each individual receives the care they deserve — all while enjoying a healthy work-life balance and a positive, team-oriented environment

Your Day-to-Day

  • Manage and coordinate non-skilled home care cases, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support.
  • Serve as the main liaison between clients, caregivers, and referral sources.
  • Oversee daily office operations, assisting with scheduling, authorizations, and client communications.
  • Conduct aide orientations, trainings, and supervisory visits to promote quality and consistency in care.
  • Monitor compliance with all AccordCare policies, as well as state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve client satisfaction and caregiver performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • Current RN license in the State of Florida (required)

  • 1+ year of experience in home care or community health preferred

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Positive, professional attitude and a strong commitment to quality care

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for occasional field visits

  • Familiarity with AlayaCare software a plus
