RN Executive Director - Hospice

Full Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting agency specializing in post-acute leadership and healthcare administration. We are seeking an experienced RN Executive Director in Boston, Massachusetts for one of our hospice clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day hospice operations and ensure high-quality patient care
• Drive operational performance, financial stability, and strategic growth initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative staff
• Monitor staffing, service utilization, and interdisciplinary care coordination
• Manage conflict resolution, complaint handling, and patient satisfaction initiatives
• Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and corporate leadership to optimize services
• Ensure staff remain current with hospice regulations, clinical practices, and industry trends
• Maintain ethical business and clinical practices across all operations
• Provide regular operational and performance reporting to the Governing Body
Qualifications:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of healthcare leadership or hospice management experience
• Strong understanding of Medicare Hospice Certification and hospice regulations
• Proven ability to lead and develop clinical and administrative teams
• Experience managing operational budgets and performance metrics
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
