The Registered Nurse (RN) in Employee Occupational Health (EOH) works under the supervision of the Employee Health Manager and provides clinical and administrative services across multiple clinic locations, including New Hire Assessment and regional sites. The RN is responsible for delivering occupational health services such as post-offer assessments, immunizations, surveillance testing, injury and exposure management, and return-to-work evaluations. The role includes collaboration with Human Resources, Leave Management, department leadership, pharmacy, legal, and external partners to ensure a safe, compliant, and healthy workforce. Duties include direct patient care (e.g., vital signs, injections, blood draws), documentation in PureOHS and iCare, regulatory compliance (OSHA, CDC, NIOSH), and support of employee wellness and safety initiatives. The RN also contributes to clinic operations, inventory management, and interdisciplinary coordination, and may provide coverage across sites as needed.
