What You’ll Do:
Lead by example, incorporating our Mission, Vision, and Values into every decision.
Supervise and mentor nursing staff to maintain the highest standards of care.
Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and families.
Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws while maintaining ethical practices.
Manage resident care plans, assessments, and communicate effectively with physicians and families.
Play a key role in staff recruitment, development, and scheduling to ensure optimal team performance.
Participate in call rotation
What We’re Looking For:
A Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of Connecticut.
2 years of full time or full-time equivalent clinical experience in nursing, 1 of which shall be in a home health care agency or community health program that included care of the sick at home.
A compassionate leader with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a commitment to quality care.
