
Serves to support orientation, competency programs, in-service education, continuing education, academic partnerships, career development and role transition at the Unit level for Mercy coworkers. Oversees, precepts and/mentors newer educators and presents, evaluates and builds evidence-based education for ministry wide standardized education strategies at the unit level.

Mercy Hospital Washington is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Nurse Educator to lead educational initiatives for our Surgical & Orthopedic Care Unit. This role is ideal for a nurse passionate about staff development, onboarding, competency validation, evidence-based practice, patient safety, and professional growth. You will play a key role in supporting nursing excellence through orientation, continuing education, mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives.
