
VNA of Boston, a division of VNA Care, is seeking an RN Clinical Manager to join our leadership team.
This role is responsible for overseeing a team of home health nurses, rehab therapists and other clinicians ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance and staff development. The Clinical Manager will serve as mentor, problem-solver and leader who inspires clinical excellence and fosters a supportive team culture.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $136,000 a year.
Location: Dorchester office: 150 Mount Vernon Street, Dorchester, MA 02125
Schedule: 3 Days on site in the Dorchester office: 8a-4:30p and 2 Days Remote: 8a-4:30p.
