
Clinical Educator – Skilled Nursing
The Clinical Educator is responsible for leading clinical education and staff development initiatives for the TES SNU office, with primary responsibility for oversight of the Nurse Residency Program in Tucson, initial orientation and training of field staff, ongoing skills assessments, staff training and development, and community education and promotion of BAYADA services and career opportunities.
This role partners closely with office leadership to support clinical excellence, staff competency, professional growth, and community engagement while ensuring alignment with applicable regulations, accreditation standards, current nursing practice standards, and BAYADA policies.

Working Conditions
This role may require travel within the local market to support staff development, community outreach, and office initiatives. The Clinical Educator must be able to effectively function in both office and field-facing environments as needed.
