• Must have operating room exp. and Pre/Post exp
• Overseeing the daily operations of an assigned unit or clinic section within a hospital.
• Schedules employee shifts and ensures admitting and discharge functions are providing for optimal patient flow.
• Ensures that hospital resources are being used in the most efficient manner.
• Assigns patients to appropriate health practitioners.
• May perform other administrative functions as necessary.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

• Bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 1-3 years of experience
