This is a benefited, full time position working Monday-Friday generally from 8am-5pm. Hours will vary as needed. This is a partially remote position with training full time on site. What you'll do:Approximately 65% direct, face-to-face patient care and 35% administrative responsibilities, including In Basket management, telephone support, patient triage, and related duties.Rooming and supporting MD in clinic procedures as needed.Conduct patient assessments and provide clinical triage support.Manage and respond to patient portal messages in a timely, professional manner. Ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience.Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice.Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration.Works collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.Ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience.
