Join our team as a night shift, full time, iFlex RN Float Pool, at INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley, in Yukon, OK. The base rate for this position is $50/hr.

The iFlex RN Float Pool position works in a float pool unit and fulfills short-term assignments in hospital units / departments as a Staff Registered Nurse assuming the responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process. iFlex RN Float Pool are flexible and willing to accept assignments in various departments at any facility in their designated float pool area.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE:
• 2 years equivalent RN patient care experience within the past 3 years. (2 year LPN or Paramedic experience = 1 year RN)
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
•RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
•BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
•ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
•Other certifications and competencies required based on service line skill
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written). This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.
