Job Description

24 hours per week

Nights

12 hr. shift with occasional weekend and holiday rotations

Ortho/Medical Surgical

Administers, directs, and coordinates inter- and intra-departmental activities. Work is performed in accordance with Kentucky regulations for Registered Nurses, established hospital standards, Nursing Department/unit structure, process and outcome standards, regulatory and accreditation requirements, and the philosophy, goals and objectives of the hospital, nursing and education services

Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required, Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Kentucky Board of Nursing or compact state license. BCLS required. EXPERIENCE: No experience required for part time and full time employees. One year of RN experience in a recent hospital setting for PRN RNs
