About Us
Revelstoke Mountain Resort (RMR) is a division of Canada’s largest privately held hospitality company, Northland Properties Corporation (NPC), and since its inception in 2007, we have gained a reputation for big mountain riding, legendary powder and an authentic Canadian resort town.
Revelstoke Mountain Sports School seeks to recruit and retain experienced, attentive and enthusiastic employees to represent the Sports School as our first point of contact with guests booking lessons. Sports School Desk Agents assist with booking lessons, assigning instructors to lead those lessons and various administrative duties. They are also expected to market the products, services, programs, benefits and qualities of Revelstoke Mountain Resort and Selkirk Tangiers Heli Skiing to our guests.
Approx. Start and end date: June 3rd 2026 to September 27th 2026.
Essential Job Functions
• Answer guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Promote and book Snow School product sales
• Assist with assigning lessons in RTP
• Complete daily cash outs and reconciliations in RTP
• Assist guests with issues
• Provide guests with general resort and town information
• Assist management with administrative duties
• Assist other departments when requested
• General cleaning duties
• Other duties as required
Required Qualifications and Abilities
• One season experience in a mountain industry and/or in sales, guest relations position
• Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills
• Impeccable attention to detail and excellent organization skills
• Cash handling experience
• MS Office, email management and scheduling/database software experience
• RTP experience is an asset
• Ability to operate independently and integrate within a large team
• Demonstrated organization and detail focused skills
• Fluency in English, second languages are an asset
• Must be eligible to work in Canada - can provide SIN documentation
