POSITION SUMMARY
The Saw Operator operates the aluminum upcut saw and band saw to provide job packages to the fabrication department. This position requires the lifting of metal parts and pieces onto the saw to make necessary cuts. Attention to detail will be required to ensure accuracy in job performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The scope and duties of a given position may change or be temporarily altered based on the business needs of Rosenbauer.
- Lifts metal sheets, parts, and pieces into machines to make required cuts.
- Reads and understands body prints and a tape measure.
- Monitors inventory levels of metal parts to prevent shortages.
- Regularly cleans and performs maintenance on saws.
- Ensures that cuts meet angle grade and other specifications of the build.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the supervisor to meet the needs of the company and our members.

Experience:
