Our pitch to you

Our 12-month program includes two rotations across key business areas, supported by your Coach and Program Manager. You'll leverage RMIT's strengths in emerging technologies, social innovation, and sustainable practices, while building skills and relationships to succeed at RMIT and beyond.

To be eligible, you must be a final year student or an RMIT alumnus within one-year post-graduation. We're looking for the next generation of leaders to join our Graduate Program.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the RMIT Graduate Program, you must:

  • be a final-year RMIT student or an RMIT alumnus who has graduated within the past year; and
  • have completed a diploma, advanced diploma, undergraduate or postgraduate degree; and
  • be available to work full time; and
  • meet one of the following Australian working rights criteria:
    • You are an Australian or New Zealand citizen; or
    • You hold an Australian permanent visa; or
    • You hold a temporary visa with unrestricted work rights at the commencement of the intake year for a term of 12 months or more (e.g. Temporary Graduate, secondary 457/TSS, provisional Partner visa)
    • Please note: Applications are also open to candidates currently on a restricted Student Visa, provided they will hold an unrestricted visa that is valid at the commencement of the program.
