· Develop and maintain workforce plans for GCC Risk teams, ensuring capacity, skills and coverage are aligned to current and future business priorities.
· Oversee workload allocation, prioritisation and capacity management across functional Risk teams operating in the GCC.
· Monitor staffing levels, attrition, utilisation, productivity and capability requirements, escalating material risks or constraints to the Head of Risk – GCC.
· Partner with global Risk stakeholders to translate functional objectives into clear resourcing plans and delivery expectations.
· Manage the day-to-day operation of functional Risk teams, ensuring deliverables are completed in line with agreed service levels, quality standards and control expectations.
· Establish consistent operating routines, performance indicators and management information to track delivery, quality, productivity and issue resolution.
· Coordinate with functional Risk leads to ensure clear ownership of deliverables, timely escalation of issues and effective management of delivery risks.
· Identify process inefficiencies, resource constraints and operational dependencies, and develop practical improvement plans.
· Provide leadership, coaching and performance oversight to Risk managers, team leads and functional teams operating in the GCC.
· Support recruitment, onboarding, training, capability development and succession planning for GCC Risk teams.
· Promote a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, inclusion, resilience and continuous improvement.
· Ensure team objectives, individual goals and delivery expectations are clearly understood and aligned to GCC Risk priorities.
· Maintain workforce dashboards and management information covering staffing, skills, attrition, productivity, service performance, quality and operational resilience.
· Support the Head of Risk – GCC in preparing updates for GCC leadership, global Risk stakeholders and governance forums.
· Provide insight and recommendations to strengthen workforce governance, operating model effectiveness and delivery resilience.
· Ensure workforce-related risks, issues and dependencies are documented, monitored and escalated appropriately.
· Build productive relationships with GCC leadership, global Risk functions, Human Resources, Finance, Operations and other enabling teams to support workforce planning and delivery outcomes.
· Act as a trusted partner to functional Risk leads, helping to balance delivery priorities, capacity constraints and risk management expectations.
· Champion effective risk culture, operational discipline and professional standards across GCC Risk teams.
· Support transparent communication, timely issue escalation and consistent stakeholder engagement across geographies and functions.
· Third level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
· 10+ years’ experience in banking, financial services, risk management, operations, workforce management or GCC delivery environments.
· Demonstrated experience managing teams, team leads or operational functions in a complex matrix organisation.
· Experience with workforce planning, capacity management, performance reporting, operational governance and stakeholder management.
· Strong understanding of Risk Management and Compliance operations, control environments and regulated financial services expectations.
· Ability to translate business priorities into practical resourcing, delivery and capability plans.
· Strong communication, influencing and executive-level reporting skills.
· Experience supporting the build-out or scaling of a Global Capability Centre or shared services operating model.
· Familiarity with risk governance, RCSA, issue management, operational risk reporting and service management disciplines.
· Experience using workforce planning tools, dashboards, GRC platforms or management information systems.
· Professional qualification in risk, finance, business management, operations or people leadership is desirable.
