About the Role

The client is seeking a detail-oriented RMA & RTV Operations Coordinator to support reverse logistics operations, including RMA processing, RTV tracking, customer communication, and outbound shipping support.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue RMA numbers according to internal procedures.
• Respond to customer and partner email inquiries.
• Assist in issuing credit memos.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of RMA data.
• Follow up on pending or incomplete RMAs.
• Maintain accurate RTV records.
• Monitor and report aging RTV inventory.
• Flag discrepancies and escalate when needed.
• Generate outbound shipping labels as required.
• Ensure shipment details are accurate prior to dispatch.
• Maintain tracking and shipment documentation.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.

• 2-3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or reverse logistics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
