RMA Coordinator (Test Technician III)

The RMA Coordinator will act as a primary customer interface for product returns. Oversee and direct activities related to processing customer returns. Validate warranties and authorize return of product. Coordinate product evaluations and ensure timely processing of all customer returns.

Job Summary

  • Acts as primary Internal interface for product returns members
  • Authorizes and approves customer Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests
  • Conduct test evaluations
  • Enters RMA authorizations into ERP system
  • Coordinates movement of RMA product throughout the evaluation and repair process
  • Provides direction to QE, ME and OPS personnel regarding RMA product processing
  • Tracks and publishes RMA metrics
  • Drives completions of action across inter department teams to ensure RMA are completed in a timely manner
  • Maintains weekly RMA Log

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working in a high reliability / aerospace manufacturing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail: ability to prioritize demands and multi-task to complete objectives
  • Ability to interface with customers to deliver information in a clear and concise manner regarding financial and product matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: ability to build relationships with customers and internal personnel
  • Proactive order management skills and a sound understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Strong resolution management skills: ability to effectively resolve escalated issues with customers
  • Solid computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Required Experience and Education

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5-8 years professional experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems
  • Solid knowledge of RMA/warranty/repair process

Base Compensation: USD 35.00 - 39.00 Paid Hourly
