Job Description

ACG_3492_JOB Our client is a leading organization in the banking and financial services sector, seeking an experienced professional to join their team. POSITION OVERVIEW Lead the deployment of Affluent Banking sales frameworks, products, and service standards across the branch network through structured training and coaching initiatives Act as the key capability owner for Relationship Managers, supporting major initiatives related to sales enablement and centralized advisory models Translate consulting methodologies and program frameworks into practical, field-ready training materials tailored to the Vietnamese banking environment Drive behavioral change among Relationship Managers and enhance service quality to meet Affluent Banking standards across pilot and scaled branches KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Training Program Design & Delivery Develop comprehensive training programs covering Affluent products, customer segments, advisory techniques, and service standards Create training materials such as product guides, sales approaches, role-play exercises, case studies, and evaluation tools Deliver both classroom-based and on-the-job training sessions for Relationship Managers, Branch Managers, and relevant teams Adapt partner frameworks into the local market context while maintaining core methodologies Conduct internal capability-building sessions to strengthen training expertise within the organization On-Site Coaching at Branches & Hubs Provide on-site coaching at pilot branches and centralized advisory units, including observing customer interactions and delivering real-time feedback Monitor daily execution routines and coach Branch Managers on performance management practices Facilitate hands-on coaching sessions covering advisory skills such as needs analysis, product recommendation, objection handling, and closing Identify capability gaps and adjust coaching focus based on observed performance Sales Framework Implementation Drive adoption of standardized sales approaches, including structured customer profiling, opportunity tracking, and performance monitoring practices Support the implementation of consistent operating routines such as daily briefings, pipeline reviews, coaching sessions, and end-of-day reflections Embed customer segment-driven selling approaches into daily RM activities Promote the effective use of digital tools throughout the sales process Capture and share best practices from top-performing Relationship Managers across the network Performance Measurement & Iteration Define training KPIs and assess capability improvements before and after coaching interventions Track adoption indicators, including usage of sales practices, conversion performance, and customer engagement levels Provide regular updates on training effectiveness to project leadership and key stakeholders Continuously refine training content based on field insights, performance outcomes, and program evolution Support change management efforts and stakeholder communication during sales model transformation Requirements Experience & Education 7–10 years of experience in retail banking, including 3–5 years in Relationship Management or team leadership roles Direct experience working with Affluent or Priority Banking customer segments is required 2–3 years of experience in training, coaching, or capability development within banking Proven track record in launching and scaling sales initiatives or product programs across branch networks Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field Technical Skills Strong understanding of Affluent banking products, including investment, protection, lending, and premium financial solutions Solid expertise in consultative and relationship-based sales approaches Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching capabilities, particularly with experienced professionals Experience designing training programs, sales frameworks, and competency models Familiarity with systems supporting sales performance tracking and customer management Good understanding of behaviors and expectations of Affluent customer segments in Vietnam Soft Skills Strong interpersonal skills with high empathy and active listening ability Ability to influence, engage, and motivate experienced banking professionals High emotional intelligence with the ability to provide constructive feedback Resilient and patient in driving behavioral change within complex organizations Fluent in Vietnamese with strong professional English communication skills Willingness to travel frequently across major branch locations Others Experience working within leading retail banking environments or similar financial institutions Exposure to large-scale transformation programs in collaboration with external partners Professional certifications in training, coaching, or capability development Certifications related to financial advisory or
