We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a (RM Support Associate)

In this role you will:

• Support Relationship Managers (RMs) to optimise client planning, relationship returns, risk assets and management information for assigned relationships.
• Ensure credit applications are raised and submitted on time.
• Drive customer satisfaction by meeting service level agreements and minimising complaints.
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure appropriate products/solutions are offered to customers.
• Cover colleagues during leave and support the wider team.
• Join regular/ad hoc calls and meetings.
• Provide timely responses to customer queries.
• Raise and manage credit applications, financial spreading and security documentation; proactively track and chase outstanding items.

To be successful you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area.
• Strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and ability to build relationships.
• Results-driven, with knowledge of Commercial Banking products.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of general banking products and services and ability to use bank systems (e.g., Customer Relationship Management System).
• Understanding of credit assessment, operations, approval process and security documentation is preferred but not essential.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); Putonghua is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
