*What You Bring*
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
- Previous experience in a managerial role within domiciliary care
- A genuine passion for person-centred care
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of clients
