Main Responsibilities
1. Manage administrative data processes related to port operations, including vessel data, cargo data, and loading and unloading activities.
2. Monitor the execution of loading and unloading operations, as well as cargo movement from ship to port or from port to ship, including the operation of heavy equipment such as cranes, forklifts, or conveyors to lift and move cargo.
3. Review required documents, invoices, and permits related to cargo shipments to ensure compliance with customs and port regulations.
4. Assist in cargo handling activities using appropriate equipment.
5. Support the preparation of operational plans and cargo stowage arrangements.
6. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operational activities.
7. Prepare and submit reports and documentation for billing and monitoring purposes.
8. Comply with safety procedures and support QHSE programs in daily operations.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in Stevedoring (mandatory).
2. Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of MK3L (Quality, Safety, Health, Environment) if preferred.
