Our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team helpsorganisationsnavigate uncertainty, strengthen resilience, and achieve their strategicobjectiveswith confidence. We work alongside clients toidentify, assess, and manage risks, enabling them toanticipatechange, respond effectively toemergingchallenges, and seize new opportunities.

We areseekinganAssociate Director to join our team in TāmakiMakaurau / Auckland This is a full-time, fixed-termposition, with a minimum of 37.5 hoursper week

Your day-to-day could include:

  • Working alongside market leading GRC partners to deliver GRC services to clients including relationship management, businessdevelopmentandcommercial management

  • Scoping,managingand delivering GRC services such as:

  • Assessing the maturity of governance,riskand compliance managementpractices,anddeveloping clear strategies to achieve desired future state

  • Developing or enhancing governance, riskmanagementand compliance frameworks, building the trust and confidence of key internal andexternal stakeholders

  • Supporting organizations toidentify, assess and report risks, includingthroughrunningworkshops and developing high quality insightsand reporting

  • Leading,coachingand mentoring engagement teams and aiding theircareer development

  • Teaming with other subject matter experts to blend GRC skills with othertechnical disciplinesto bring tailored solutions to complex problems

  • Providing subject matterexpertiseto diverse stakeholders includingExecutives, Boardand Audit & Risk Committees

  • 7+ years' experience in GRC/risk, consulting, financial services advisory or related professional services environments.

  • Strong experience developing,implementingor assessing governance, risk and compliance structures and frameworks

  • GRC experience in the financial services sector is preferred

  • Excellent analytical and report writing skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Engaging workshop facilitator and presenter

  • Proven experiencemaintaininglong-term relationships with a broad network of stakeholders and clients, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing appropriately
