We're Hiring: Risk Senior Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Risk Senior Specialist to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. This role will support the identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of risks across multiple projects to ensure successful delivery aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of PMO risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyses related to project timelines, budgets, quality, and operational performance.
• Maintain risk registers and follow up on mitigation actions with project teams.
• Monitor and report project risks, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Facilitate risk workshops, awareness sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent risk management practices.
• Track emerging risks and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
• Support governance, resilience, and continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in risk management or related project environments.
• Proven experience in a PMO Risk Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience maintaining risk registers and supporting mitigation planning.
• Familiarity with risk analysis and reporting tools such as @Risk, Primavera Risk Analysis, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
