Direct Report To: Risk and PMS Manager

Group/ Division: MBD

Discover Impactful Work:

Reporting to the Risk and PMS Manager the successful applicant will join Risk and PMS team working closely with Microbiology Division sites to support collation of the risk management files and PMS files for the portfolio.

A day in the Life:

  • Co-ordinate activities to support the compilation of Post Market Surveillance reports and Risk management files under the guidance of the Risk Management and PMS Manager
  • Participate in Practical Process Improvement (PPI) projects to streamline the file collation process and with other specific deliverables.
  • Collate and input data to measures and indicators to support high performance and continuous process improvement culture.
  • Input into relevant processes and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) as the need arises
  • Similar Devices Database – Identify similar devices and keep the database up to date
  • Providing proactive PMS data - including generating, capturing, collating and managing of Key competitor information, customer feedback and sales volumes
  • Data analysis and interpretation of trends and changes from a marketing perspective
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of relevant experience, strong administrative capability, and demonstrated aptitude.

Experience

  • Relevant administrative / coordination experience supporting cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Technical/Engineering, Customer Support) including document collation, tracking actions, and maintaining records.
  • Quality Assurance experience preferred, but not essential where candidates demonstrate strong transferable experience and the ability to be trained in Risk Management, PMS, and device knowledge.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Ability to effectively work with all functions to co-ordinate the generation of PMS and Risk management files.
  • Must be a self-starter who can take general concepts and direction and produce desirable results and be able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skill.
  • Strong IT capability; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and standard computer applications; ability to learn SAP and other systems quickly (SAP experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated learning agility and willingness to develop competence in Risk, PMS processes, and device knowledge (training will be provided).

  • Desk based role.
