Group Details

Tradeweb is seeking a Risk Operations Specialist to support our Risk team’s Client Due Diligence, Training Oversight, Policy Management and Vendor Management programs. This role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders to support the maintenance of policy documents, assist with client due diligence and vendor management related activities and aid in training oversight. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to work across business units, corporate functions, and technology teams in a cross-functional capacity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with the daily execution of activities across Policy Management, Client Due Diligence, Vendor Management and Training Oversight programs
  • Support the Client Due Diligence (CDD) program by coordinating and responding to due diligence requests from the firm's global client base, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete responses
  • Assist in the ongoing review, maintenance, and organization of policy documents as part of the firm’s Policy Management Program
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization to support client due diligence requests, vendor reviews, policy document updates, and training governance activities
  • Partner with business and control functions to collect, validate, and organize information required to support governance and client-facing activities.
  • Develop and enhance reporting with regards to areas of responsibility
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Legal, and business teams to support program objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in operations, risk, compliance, client services/relations or market support or a related function within financial services, fintech, banking, consulting, or applicable industries
  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, English, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly understand business processes and underlying technologies across Tradeweb businesses
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and across all levels of the organization
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Cyber Risk, Information Security, Compliance, and others
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, SharePoint, and task management/reporting tools such as Asana/Monday.com
  • Prior exposure to client due diligence and vendor management processes, policy management, or training programs is preferred
  • Experience with GRC platforms and AI solutions (e.g. ChatGPT, Archer, Whistic, Coverbase, etc.)
