Directs the risk management program of the organization. The program identifies, reduces and improves processes involving organization and patient safety risk. The program also contributes to the preservation of assets through claims management and other business operations assistance. The risk management program evaluates incidents and events for risk factors, evaluates trends and monitors activities for the protection of patients, work force and visitors of the hospital.
Baccalaureate Degree required, preferably in healthcare industry related field.
Healthcare Risk Management or patient safety certification preferred.
Five years experience working in the clinical field or healthcare related field preferred. Preferably in healthcare risk management.
Advance data analytic and computer skills preferred.
