O2B Early Education is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Risk Manager to join our team. As a leader in early childhood education, our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children. The Risk Manager will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks to ensure the safety of our children, staff, and facilities.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits across all locations to identify potential safety hazards and compliance issues.
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to enhance safety and minimize liability.
- Collaborate with staff and management to create a strong culture of safety awareness.
- Provide training and guidance on safety protocols and emergency procedures to all employees.
- Coordinate incident reporting and management, investigating accidents or issues to determine causes and preventive measures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to childcare facilities.
- Work closely with insurance providers and legal counsel to manage risk exposures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in risk management, safety management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in risk management or a related role, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment techniques, and crisis management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing solutions.
- Certifications in risk management or safety (preferred).
