About the role

Aalo Atomics is seeking an experiencedRiskManagement & Insurance Consultant to support the company’s growing operations and infrastructure development. This part-timerolewill help assess operational, construction, and enterpriserisks and ensure appropriate insurance coverage andriskmitigation strategies are in place as the company scales

What you'll do

Responsibilities

• Evaluate enterprise, operational, and project-relatedrisks across Aalo’s activities.
• Advise on appropriate insurance coverage (e.g., property, construction, liability, directors & officers, cyber).
• Work with brokers and insurers to structure and negotiate policies.
• Supportriskallocation and insurance provisions in commercial contracts.
• Identifyriskmitigation strategies related to facilities, manufacturing, and technology deployment.
• Periodically review coverage and recommend adjustments as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporateriskmanagement, insurance advisory, or brokerage.
• Experience with infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, or technology companies preferred.
• Familiarity with construction and project insurance programs (e.g., builder’srisk, OCIPs/CCIPs) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and provide practical guidance to senior leadership.

Engagement

• Part-time advisoryrole(estimated 5–15 hours per month).
• Flexible engagement structure (consultant or advisor basis).
