A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Risk Management and Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in strengthening Acquire Intelligence’s commitment to operational excellence, security, and regulatory compliance. You will help safeguard our business by driving effective risk management practices, ensuring adherence to information security standards, and maintaining high-quality audit processes across the organization.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively identify risks, implement corrective actions, and enhance compliance frameworks aligned with global standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 31000. Your work will directly support business continuity, protect sensitive data, and enable leadership to make informed, confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and review critical business documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with compliance standards
• Drive implementation and continuous improvement of information security and risk management frameworks
• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audits to ensure consistent compliance coverage across the business
• Identify potential risks and develop actionable remediation plans with process owners
• Provide guidance and support to teams in resolving compliance gaps and strengthening controls
• Prepare and deliver clear, timely reports on risk and compliance performance to leadership
• Monitor and track corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely and effective resolution
• Support internal and external audit requirements by organizing documentation and evidence
• Conduct quality reviews of risk assessments and audit reports to ensure consistency and accuracy

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of information security controls and risk management practices
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 31000, PCI-DSS, SOC, or HIPAA is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic organizational environment
• Strong critical thinking and sound decision-making abilities
• High level of accountability and commitment to quality and compliance
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting work schedules
