Risk Intelligence Analyst – Risk Intelligence Center

The role
The Risk Intelligence Center (RIC) is a forward-looking analytical capability within Enterprise Resilience that converts fragmented technical, operational, and external signals into a single coherent operating picture supporting faster, better-informed decisions.
The Risk Intelligence Analyst is the RIC’s data and automation engine. This role builds and maintains the analytical pipelines, dashboards, and automated workflows that turn raw resilience data into usable intelligence, and partners with the broader team to ensure analysis is timely, accurate, and well-presented. Strong data fluency and advanced command of the Microsoft 365 stack are central to the role.
Responsibilities
Build, automate, and maintain the data pipelines that feed RIC analytical products, including triggered exports and refreshes from resilience systems of record.
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that surface criticality, dependency, and impact data for analysts and decision-makers.
Develop automated workflows in Power Automate and structured intake/tracking solutions in Microsoft Lists to reduce manual effort and improve data timeliness.
Apply AI and automation tooling within the sanctioned Microsoft 365 / Copilot environment to accelerate analytical production and reporting.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and leading indicators across operational and resilience data sets.
Support data quality monitoring and remediation, recognizing that data integrity is the binding constraint on downstream analysis and automation.
Translate analytical and reporting requirements from the team into well-structured, maintainable solutions.
Contribute to the RIC’s analytical tradecraft and the usability of its products.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Five or more years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical discipline
Preferred Skills/Experience
Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite, with demonstrated expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Lists
Experience designing automated workflows and AI-assisted automation within a Microsoft / Copilot environment
Strong data analysis and data modeling skills; comfort working with large, imperfect, and multi-source data sets
Experience supporting data quality and governance in a regulated environment
Working knowledge of operational resilience, business continuity, or operational risk concepts
Familiarity with resilience or risk systems of record such as FusionRM
Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate data into clear insight for non-technical audiences
Detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-moving environment.
